Furthermore, at the Kek Lok Si Temple ground, it has gardens and sacred pond. One of the famous ponds is the '' The Liberation Pond'' (Sacred Turtle Pond) where you can buy vegetables and feed the turtles. Another popular highlight is the 30.2 m bronze statue of Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy, which is also a breathtaking view for photo capture. Some souvenir shops are available there as well so visitors can buy some memorial things to recognize their Kek Lok Si Temple trip.
The best time to visit the Kek Lok Si Temple is during the Chinese New Year celebrations, when the temple is adorned with thousands of bright hanging lanterns and the scene is very beautiful in night.
