Passion of Kerala,Banana Leaf Rice

There are a few iconic banana leaf rice eateries in Penang and one of them is Passion of Kerala. There are currently two outlets in Penang, one in Gelugor and another one in New World Park. Passion of Kerala emphasizes different spices, aromas and color in their cuisine. Fresh spices like pepper, cloves, turmeric, cinnamon, mustard seeds, chilies and curry leaves are some of the many spices used to prepare the food. The sides are especially creamy, cooked with a generous amount of grated coconut and coconut milk.
